I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so.
Anyone else having this problem, for me it started after the new burglar update.

I'm having the same messed problem on my Xbox One. I deleted the save data off my console and reinstalled the game. I've created new gameplay and tried to save the empty lots. Still the error. Can't save the premade rooms with slight color changes from build mode. I already told them about this in a survey, minutes ago. Hopefully, they pay attention via this forum and survey.
UPDATE: I was abled to save with no problem. I kept all the expansion packs but limited the number of other packs.
It's possible that one or more of the packs won't let you upload to the server. Not sure about that yet. I own all and can no longer upload to the gallery without deselecting a large percentage of them.
I'm going to experiment more. TBC.
Finished a build and can save it to my library but cannot upload it to the gallery. It says there was an error uploading it but gives no code.
Same here its been about 3 months for me now with this issue! Sometimes some lots are okay, but most of the time this issue affects every lot for me.
(This has already been reported) Lately I can’t save things to the gallery mostly being builds I’ve made in game it keeps coming up with a server error and it keeps happening whether I’ve closed the game or choose to play a completely different save , I play ps4 so I have no mods but my ea account is also the same one I use on my laptop which I did use anadius on it so I think the two might be connected.
also worth mentioning my gallery completely reset itself too meaning I lost 5 years worth of sims and builds - I’m not hopefully in getting it restored which absolutely sucks but I can live with that
This has been happening to me since the last update, but only with some lots.
Problem with downloading saved lots to my library - gallery issue with error message, every time I try even to add my lots to my library , there is an error message.
I don't have trouble with the main gallery, Just with use of storing my uploads, saved lots, my built or altered lots.
Same error message for ongoing days now, it has persisted:
" Server error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later "
Tried:
Repairing through app with add-on management
I b acked up my data
Missing some lots I've saved to my library don't appear since last login
Additionally: I do not use mods
I don't have trouble with the main gallery, Just with use of storing my uploads, saved lots, my built or
altered lots to my library. Not even to the main gallery, my own storing seem to be an issue.
And this issue has become a hassle in that it is not resolved, I have Sims 4 based Add-ons expansion, packs, and kits (many - ____( $) I'd like to think the can be fixed and that it is not a problem centralized toward me.
I don't know what the burglar update is but in viewing this forum I see similarities in the issues others have posted:

I tried on 3 different days, 3 different lots. One of them seems to have made it into my gallery/library. So, sadly, it has failed me.
I did as you suggested but it didn't work for me. I was able to save one lot out of 4 but obviously, the process is broken. Thank you for your help though, I appreciate it.
I've been trying for several days and always see this message. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? I'm not sure what to do or how to fix it?
