Server Error uploading to gallery/library

Not that I am aware of. I'm also on ps4. I hope they fix it soon. I am reluctant to play until it's fixed. 

Still having this issue two months later and after multiple updates. I feel it is pointless as a builder to play if I cannot save my lots. Now I am having the same issues with saving households as well. Waiting only works for small households and small lots. I have submitted my dxdiag and have not heard anything. This is extremely frustrating.

I’m on ps4, I haven’t been able to save any lots to my gallery for weeks now tbh, in fact because I couldn’t, I had to save my 64x64 very detailed mansion lot I was almost done making just in the save game..which I ended up accidentally overwriting :) …. I’m redoing it now. But I still can’t save it to my library at all

I am Currently having this issue and I have tried absolutely everything you can think of literally everything I’ve been searching for weeks and no one has a solution and I’ve tried everything I believe you possibly can to fix this. Some people have already uploaded their videos and I’m experiencing the exact same issue you try to upload a lot it loads for a minute or two then you get the server error but it picks and chooses sometimes once in a blue moon I can save to the library but for two weeks now it’s been nothing I’ve only been able to do upload one build and nothing else

I got redirected here when I opened my own ticket. This is marked as solved, but I do not see a solution for this ongoing issue. Why are EA trying to sweep this issue under the carpet?  I have been getting this issue for months now. I can save rooms and Sims, but not lots.

Adding to the thread perEA_Solaire​’s request.

I’m a builder. I love building Sim homes, lots, families, etc. Since the Sims 4 update on March 20 I cannot save lots to the Gallery or my library.

I receive this message:

“Server error. We could not process this Gallery request.”

My game is vanilla. No mods. No CC. I’ve repaired my game. I’ve signed out of the EA app, rebooted my wifi and signed back in. Nothing is working. This does not seem to be on my end. 

EA please fix this!

Edit of original post: I’ve been able to save rooms. When I was trying to upload residential lot 30 Paseo del Verde I first encountered this server error. As a test I uploaded all rooms separately then the base lot without the house. I bulldozed the lot, placed the base lot and rebuilt the house with all rooms I’d uploaded to the Gallery. I re-roofed, added the chimney, etc. and somehow was able to upload to the Gallery, but now with my latest residential build I’m still encountering the server error and finding I cannot even save to my library as my build progresses. :/

Hello.
I accidentally found a possible solution until they fix the problem. For some reason, the game doesn't run properly if I'm using the PC's default settings. I changed my computer to work with all four cores in the PC startup configuration, and it now lets me save everything normally. They must have changed something there with the update. I hope it helps!

Update: I still cannot upload builds to the Gallery or to my library. I was able to save my current family to my library. I was able to upload the rooms of my current home to the Gallery, but the base lot [minus the house] would not upload as it did last time with my 30 Paseo del Verde build. I couldn’t get the work around to work this time.

I’ve been dealing with this since March 20. I’m frustrated that I cannot upload to the Gallery or save to my library. :(

Is there an update on a fix for this server error? 

Please resolve this server issue.
