Server Error uploading to gallery/library

I’m on PS4 and still having this issue.

I'm running into this same issue. I'm on console and it randomly started happening. I can upload anything already in my library, but I can't add anything new to my library and I can't upload a new build straight to the gallery.

Originally, my game wouldn't save, I don't know why but, it wouldn't. Anyway, because my game wasn't saving, I uploaded what I was building to the gallery with intention to place it after restarting my game so I could save with it.
Well... Restarting my game allowed me to save again, hence this bug report not being about that, but, now I can see my lot on the gallery, but, the place lot button asks me the usual "furnished or unfurnished" etc, and then says it'll replace my current lot, but all it does is give me a small lag spike, and then refuse to place, I have absolutely no idea why but, I can't get my build back, it's in gallery purgatory.

Forgive this being zoomed in, I didn't realise until after recording it, however it's still clear on the issue, I've recorded a video showcasing the problem I'm facing. In the video you can see I try it both with the lot required items (as this is a penthouse), without them, and also I show that my mods are infact disabled, which I often do while building. There are mods in my folder, but as you can see they're switched off.

Anyway, please let me know how I can fix this because, I basically only build, and I didn't even get to get very far with this build before the game started to act up.

P.S: I also just tried to place the same lot, and another lot, in newcrest, just incase it was an issue with that specific gallery upload, or with that penthouse lot, and I can place other builds on this newcrest lot, but not the penthouse I was working on. [Is it possible, that because I placed 4 elevator shafts on the broken lot, that its the reason it wont place?]

I've been having the same issue for about 2 weeks.

I started having glitches in my most used save and I've been worried that the corrupted save bug has hit me. So I've been trying to save all my lots and families to my library so I can migrate them, but I keep getting the message "Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later."

At first, I could only save rooms, but today, NOTHING works.

I don't use mods or custom content.

This is so frustrating. My game is unusable. I've spent so much money on this game that it would be nice to get this fixed or get some sort of acknowledgment that they're working on it.

This is still happening in my game. I cannot upload a video of it happening as I am on PS4. I have rebuilt my database, cleared the cache, rebooted, restarted the game, no mods. This problem started around the time of hobbies release. Right now I'm trying to upload a 30x20 lot, but I get the server error. It won't let me upload a room from the lot either. I checked smaller lots, and maxis created lots, and even tiny bare lots. None of them will upload, resulting in the same server error. 

I've tried every suggestion. Even a complete clean reinstall.  Checked and cleared windows and repaired the game . This has been going on 3 months clearly it's not our computers or game consoles. The sims is broken again. Seems typical after all these years. 

I'm on PS4 and can't save anything to my own gallery much less to the main gallery. It's been like this since the burglar update.

I have the same problem since the burglar update. I used to somehow be able to save my lots after deleting the %temp% folder and excluding every sims 4 and electronic arts folders from my antivirus but it wasn't that much of a workaround and doesn't even work anymore. The builds I tried to save were made in a new save especially created for building, so no CC or Mods, it was fresh. I tested it with lots I build, EA lots and empty lots with barely walls and roof on it.
