Yes when I zoom out a bit and my sim gets pixeled it looks like that photo. But it is normal in CAS, just in live mode.
The shiny thing is different though and that affects the sim and the UI picture in the left corner. I will take a picture next time it happens and post it.
Are you using the nails ? just remove them and see if it goes away.
I am using the new dirty fingernails nail. I will try that. After playing again for a while my Sim turned shiny again. Got a screenshot.
So went into CAS and removed the fingernails. Went back into live mode and the shiny thingy was gone. I have to play for a while to see if that was the problem as it does not always happen right away. Hopefully this was the problem, will keep you posted.
