I do not have mods/ cc, nor have I ever on this computer. This happened once my sim aged into a teen (She has a twin brother that this did not happen to). I noticed it when I went into CAS. When putting on some hair and outfits, it made my sims texture all weird and shiny, I checked the body effects and it was not selected. I have reset my sim, exited the game, repaired the game, and cleared cache in files. I don't know what else to do, because in game it appears even when none of the hair/clothing items that appeared to trigger it in cas are on. Its sooo distracting! :C
I would like to see more information on this. I do have CC & Mods installed, and have not had a chance to test it out yet, I too am having this issue as of 10/18.
