Sims excessively flirt with others

I apologize, I’m writing through a translator, and it seems I didn’t phrase the issue well. The problem is that Sims in a relationship (let’s say two characters) both have a dislike for flirting, but in Live Mode, they automatically flirt with each other (not cheating), and because of this, their relationship satisfaction drops. The issue is specifically that they themselves initiate flirting with each other, even though neither of them likes it.

I'm having this issue too, where sims that dislike flirting (as an example, but it also applies to the other categories) will still autonomously do those actions, then become Unsatisfied as a result. It seems that sims should NOT autonomously do the interactions that they dislike - it's a huge flaw with the system and makes dating so frustrating. I'm on PS5 so no mods.

I've noticed that my Sims are using romantic interactions autonomously such as flirting, blowing a kiss, etc. more often after the September 18th update. These sims do not have romance bars, do not have romantic or lovebug traits, and are not in flirty moods.

I have unflirty sims using romantic interactions frequently, and even sad sims are using romantic interactions which should be locked. I have tested this by turning off mods in the game settings and taking out mods altogether but the bug seems to persist.

Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

since the update, my married sims have been autonomously flirting with sims other than their partner. one of these sims has the loyal trait so it was pretty immediately noticed. I started a fresh save with two married sims and they also flirted autonomously outside of the marriage (and were flirted with). unknown if this happens with fiance sims and dating sims. 

i don't mind if this happens very occasionally (for the drama, you know) but they're doing it consistently which is a bit of a problem.

• To be sure, not all Sims flirting have the loyal trait ?
• Do they get a romance bar with other Sims from this ?
• Do you have any NAPs active ?

I played the family reunion event with a couple of my sims of different households and they flirted (and other romantic options) with everyone even father winter and all of them were married or had partners.

And after the event ended they would not go home they stayed at my lot for hours.

I am aware if a sim is in a flirty mood and single, they will autonomously flirt with anyone else who is single or non-committal.  However with the September 18th update, sims will now autonomously flirt with everyone, ignoring their relationship status with other sims including partners, engaged, spouse, enemies and ignoring specific traits such as loyal. Not only that, sims will flirt autonomously even when they're not in a flirty emotional state. 

I play vanilla, never used cc or mods, there are no NAPS actives. I've tested this bug in my game as so.

I got Lien Sadya, a premade sim who's married and has the loyal trait and Mortimer Goth who is also married. I put them in a room and did a friendly interaction and they both autonomously started talking.

After a while of talking, Mortimer flirts with Lien, she initially rejects because of her loyal trait.

However after Lien rejects Mortimer's advances she autonomously flirts with him.

As you can see, they both develop a romantic relationship even though they are married and Lien is Loyal. They are both also not in a flirty emotional state and their conversation is a funny one and nothing suggestive. 

This is incredibly frustrating as it reverses the pre patch for Lovestruck where they fixed sims no longer flirting autonomously if in a relationship but also now sims will flirt even when they're not in a flirty emotional state, causing disruption to gameplay.

Same thing happens in my game. Especially at gym lots. I play on Xbox. Tried with no active NAPs.
