After the update on NOV 4th, my game is completely unplayable now, my sims will not move at all! They will not route to where I ask & they just freeze. I can click on the main menu and it kind of ''resets'' them but then they go right back to freezing if you try to do another command. So disappointed, because I've played sims since sims came out, spent $1,000's on this game, I would hate for all my hard earned money to be wasted if I can't play.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
No MODS/CC at all. I deleted them last month thinking that was what's wrong with my plants when they didn't work. So it's just the game and it didn't happen until the update.
