After completing the new update on the Sims 4, I'm constantly having to reset them. They all just stop moving. I have no mods on my game, no old files or saves as I got so fed up with it I removed everything and re-installed the game, created a new household of one and it just keeps freezing. No idea what to do.

After the update on NOV 4th, my game is completely unplayable now, my sims will not move at all! They will not route to where I ask & they just freeze. I can click on the main menu and it kind of ''resets'' them but then they go right back to freezing if you try to do another command. So disappointed, because I've played sims since sims came out, spent $1,000's on this game, I would hate for all my hard earned money to be wasted if I can't play.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
No MODS/CC at all. I deleted them last month thinking that was what's wrong with my plants when they didn't work. So it's just the game and it didn't happen until the update.

My Sims freeze on the active lot and stop responding to any queued or new actions, while in-game time continues to progress normally.
What happens:
Sims stand idle and will not perform actions
Time continues moving
Queue clears or actions never start
Temporary workarounds (very short-lived):
Reset Object (Debug) → rarely works
Pausing/unpausing → no effect
Switching to Build Mode and back to Live Mode → works once or twice
Pressing the Windows key and returning to the game → works, but takes a few minutes
Going to Manage Worlds and loading back in → works, but takes time
I have to repeat one of these fixes about once every few minute to keep playing.

No permanent fix so far
I've been playing sims 4 for a bit and have never had issues until I had downloaded the seasons pack. My sims would freeze in place, their needs decrease as they keep standing there, and add multiple tasks into their queue without even doing anything. What's going on??

When I attempt to reset sims from being frozen they sometimes freeze in a T-like pose and stay that way FOREVER until I force quit my game. ALSO unable to click on other sims in household UI
