Sims only do limited romantic interactions autonomously

Since I downloaded the Royalty and Legacy pack, I've noticed that sims are not doing any autonomous romantic interactions, except for offer massage and giving each other a greeting kiss. Anything else that is in the pie menu for romantic interactions isn't done, it's all friendly, even when sims are in a romantic relationship, in a flirty mood, have a steamy or wholesome romance dynamic. I have one family in a dynasty with the passionate value and they don't do any romantic interactions unless prompted. I play with autonomy on full from which I get a lot of enjoyment and for there to be such drastically reduced autonomous romance has really taken away my joy in the game.

I play on PC with mods and cc but tested without both, after repairing the game and after resetting the game to factory settings without reinstalling, the issue persisted.

to be sure I understand your issue correctly: You do have all options available but Sims won't do them and do other interactions you didn't give them to do instead ?

Or is this for autonomy when you don't give them anything to do ?

Also is this happening on your current save only or also in another and with all Sims or a specific one ?

I’m on Ps5 console and after the newest update no sims flirt and repeat the same interactions. It’s every single save file also. So no flirting and only “show off tattoos”. “Give massage” and “joke about body hair” on repeat.

I have already reset everything, updated, no mods or cc because I’m console, cleared the cache already. Nothing has worked. The game is almost unplayable.
