Sims Q bug/crash

I have a brand new save in which I added a residential business for nectar crafting. My game crashed 3 times when I had my sim craft nectar. I loaded one more time and I didn’t have her Q anything she then q herself to the laptop interaction and the bug appeared I put the laptop in her inventory and she q laptop interaction again for the other laptop on the lot I put both laptops on her inventory and the game didn’t crashed just cancel her interaction then I saved and q her to craft nectar and she was able to craft it without the game crashing. Also she did get the reaper job phone call each time. The game did have a small lag and freeze during nectar crafting but did not crash a 4th time yet. The 3 crashes happened during q for nectar crafting each time with no pc interactions or q from the sim. I added 2 videos to show exactly what happened with the Q bug but not able to upload a crashed video since in console you can’t record after the game crashes. Updated to show the crash again 4th time.
