Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Is this happening in all household or just a specific one ?
- Do any of your Sim have the secret spice perk ?
- Did you also test a new save game for testing purposes ?
- Is it the whole family or children/toddlers ?
