Sims stretch while doing interactions (Reason Unknown)

This was the distortion on mine.. very scary looking

Should I raise a separate issue, mine happens more frequently as I play, the Sims and pets just randomly distort, elongate and lose limbs now, my Sim distorted and lost her arms carrying an infant then proceeded to drag the infant along her feet around the house... getting all kinds of weird glitches from the latest patch/expansion

That's weird because they will add cas sliders for sims not for pets.

do u still have this issue

So theres this weird bug where my Infant sim starts standing like a young adult/adult sim, Its really creepy.

Do you know what interaction the infant was doing at the time ?

I dont think it was doing any interactions and it just glitched and did a young adult/adult idle, This has happened many times before

Also a weird bug was that my kitten had became wide while trying to go sleep, I did not get a screenshot of it though
