When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

🤣Not Bug, Feature of Proper Etiquette. Personally speculate the devs decides to sensor for grade 1 simmers.
They would need to edit a lot more than that if that were their goal. There is no way that game is appropriate for young children.
Also, there is already the mosaic. The idea that people can mod away the mosaic and thats why they did this kind of falls apart when you think about all the other mods in here to fix this issue, it would be an endless arms race of mods if they tried to prevent anything bad that could be modded into the game. And if they wanted to target mods there would be so much other stuff you would expect them to go after first rather than changing what is visible if you remove the mosaic. It just really makes more sense as an error related to how outfits are changed for the new tattoo system, but the fact that they won't comment on it is baffling
