When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

How do I install this mod and use it? Do I just need to put the files in the mods folder?
Yes, but it won't fix the problem. I created a CC solution on Nexus Mods that does. It's called default underwear override. I just edited the default underwear and made them nude instead. It's the best fix I have been able to come up with. But be warned it does this in CAS as well where there is no pixelization to hide it. For that reason, you need to allow for adult content on Nexus to see my mod. It's not for kids. But, then again, neither is Sims 4.
