When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

I also have this issue, no mods (Xbox Series X). It randomly stops happening with one household, then will start again for no obvious reason.
Hope this gets fixed, Nancy Landgraab has been struggling with her tan lines and has to resort to fake-tanning (using cheats).
PS: I would love to see fake-tanning > tanning-bed as an option in future packs/updates. Maybe a lotion?
