When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

The allegedly fixed bug about sims wearing underwear under the pixels in the shower is not fixed. No CC no mods.

It is only fixed for new Sims Unless you are on console it can be fixed for existing sims using mods. There is a thread about it here.
That's their new way of not fixing bug. No one wants to launch a new save after each update.
