When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

Yeah, because when my sim 'changes into nude', you can see the underwear through the blur, so this needs to be fixed.
Btw is this on answers hq because ea are mote likely to fix it if you've reported the bug on there
