Sims wear default underwear/AA shorts when naked

i have the same issue but when i do a new save game they are fine and no underwear. the problem is i worked hard on reapers rewards and if i have to start all over i loose all the work growing death flowers and my generation i have created don't know if this helps but after last update i have the underwear issue also .

I had the same issue after the update. Nothing could fix it. Tried different mods etc, but it would always come back. I had to delete my whole save.

Edit: The underwear is back. And this is in a new, clean save, even after re-installing the game. So frustrated.

I know how its trigger.

You'll need a sim using the shower/bath or being in the nude its normal, but save and exit then re-enter the save or going to other lots and back, after doing that any sims (including townies) in that save will be wear the unselected clothes from cas while they are showering. Some people will say it cc related, but it's not, I did test it on multiple new saves with cc turn off.
And also is confirmed to be a base game glitch, no packs.

I found out a new glitch for you guys to fix, and how to trigger it so you can see what happens.

 To trigger it you'll need a sim in the shower or being in the nude, save and exit then re-enter the save, after any sims in that save will have clothes (the kind when you unselected clothes from cas) on while they are showering. I did test it with cc turn off.
