When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

It happens to me too... I'm in a simulation and this issue is shown after the update. I noticed it when I was trying my new extension pack (the SPA one), so I was trying the bath with lavender with my sim, and he jumped into the bathtube, fully dressed. After that episode I tried the mud, so he wore black underwear.
Also I have another issue, right after the last update: a lot of dishes and cups in the scenery, I can't remove o just pick up and throw away into the bin.
I have the same issue, sims showering in their underwear since installing the Life and Death Expansion Pack and the last update.

it's pretty noticeable so I hope they look through it and can fix this soon, it's not like super bad but it is a little immersion-breaking imoEA has a lot of patches to do after the life and death dlc release. Unfortunately there seems to be several issues that are being caused by it. Weird things like underwear on when nude and not being able to have occult eyes on a spellcaster.
I have the same issue. It's so annoying.
I moved my sim to another house and he had a shower the next day. I only saved but did not exit and he was wearing his underwear while he was showering. I'm on playstation 4 pro
Thought I was going crazy over this, glad to know I'm not the only one having this issue.
As a (very temporary) solution you can download the outfit tools mod by scumbumbo and then in the cheat menu type fix.bathing. This will give your sim their birthday suit back, but only until you leave the lot or reload. I mainly found it useful if you want to do something like enjoy having everyone nude up at the moon festival instead of partying in their underwear. Using the fix will get rid of the underwear for all the sims on the lot.
Unfortunately for me, this solution doesn't work... the sims keeps their underwear or, they are nude but with shoes.
And I already batch fixes the " DISALLOW CC for bath" in SS4.Probably need to have testing cheats on as well. I have a mod that keeps it on all the time, so I always forget there's that step.
