Happened to me 3 times in Newcrest. If i focus the camera to them, it seems that they are in the canal/river? But I can’t actually see them. They then can’t get out and are just stuck there no matter what. This has also happened to my sims cat, and ‘call over’ didn’t do anything.

Only loading to the main menu and loading back in to the save seems to fix it, and since i can’t see the sim when it happens, I can’t reset the sim.
