This has been an issue for me since purchasing the pack. Whenever I click the sell business tag (from the small business panel) the business is sold and my sim gets their simoleons back - when I purchase a new small business all of the information for the previously sold business appears on the panel and when I go to world view the sold business lot still shows up as a business my sim owns this only goes away if I bulldoze the lot then my sim gets another repayment for the small business they already sold and only then does the small business panel reflect the info for my newly purchased business.
