After the update on the 13th I went into my world to play with my Sims in San Myshuno every time I tried to enter any apartment the game crashes, I play on console. I have no CC or no mods and also all of my pictures for the game from the gallery have turned white and also all of the pictures that I had have now turned black in my game continues to crash. And it's becoming unplayable. I have tested every location in the city and nothing else has this problem only that area. Please help fix the game. Although I am excited for a new pack and releases coming out. I don't want to buy any more of your products. Until the game is playable. Is there a refund coming for people who are dissatisfied with the work of The Sims 4 franchise.
