in my sims home, there are stairs that's halved by a small platform, the mother carrying the child walked down half way to the platform to give the child a bath but i cancelled the action. So the Loving mother decided to place her Beloved child on the stairs platform and leave him there lol.
the child is now left of the stair platform, and the mother can NOT get her baby back, The stairs have decided it is the child's new mother and will not give him back.(i went back in my saves, but thinking back i could have probably just deleted the stairs)
