So, I put a post about this earlier, but now there's more to it, so I just made a new post.

So, both the tattoo and werewolf painting systems are totally buggy. If I switch to another tab, I can no longer scroll, if I open the gallery: I can no longer scroll.

I've repaired the game, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, nothing works.

After some more playing in cas, I figure out that when I click the windows button and leave the sims tab, to, for example, google something, the scrolling also breaks. This applies to the stencils and custom drawing aswell.

I deleted my mods and cc, still doesn't work.
I'm on PC,
There is a scroll bar, but the white thing you scroll with isn't there, clicking doesn't work either. The list goes down my screen, it doesn't end with the ui, so I see the top of some stamps and I know the list is longer.
The stamp tool does work when first starting CAS, but when I download a sims from my library for example, it stops working. Even when I make a new sims and delete the downloaded sim, it no longer works

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Do you not have a scroll bar at all or can you just not scroll ?
