Tattoos Broken

I wanted to try out the new tattoo features with the new update but when I went into CAS I cant select a tattoo. That's not the only thing, I cant see which tattoo is which because there are unusable buttons covering them. Please help! I play on PC by the way.

    Could you please post a picture of what you are seeing ?

    Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?

    I removed my mods and CC before updating the game. I have not added them back yet.

    That looks very much like some mod is still active in your game.

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
