Tea requires fresh ingredients even though feature deactivated (Tea Brewer)

There is a tea that still requires fresh ingredients to prepare despite having the "require fresh ingredients" tab deselected. I figure I'll probably need to divide the posts by Appliances where each dish can be made so this is for the Tea Magic Personal Brewer:

• Bee Tea

These dishes are on the Brew menu of the Tea Magic Personal Brewer and still requires fresh ingredients despite having it turned off to just buy the tea itself (It's understandable if it gives you a unique special ability for example, Ambrosia, but otherwise it should be able to be purchased without the ingredients since that's why we use the feature).
