Hello! I have the same problem : during the growing up of a teenager, the choice of the third character trait is not given. The mods were different at the time, but I left only the most proven ones. At first, the problem was only in one save. Then I checked others, in some there was, in some there was not, when I created a new save - everything was fine. Now, even in the new save there is a problem. I deleted all the mods.
I have 0 Mods and play on PS4. This is an ongoing bug that EA refuses to fix because for some reason they can't read and think it's a mod issue. Meanwhile, many people have already said, it's not a mod issue. Can't have mods on PS4 so explain that, EA.... Keep releasing things and you can't even fix what you already have. For instance, restaurant pack. How you have us buy this pack in which you can run a restaurant but the game is so behind that the restaurant and staff don't even work properly to get good ratings. It's annoying and it's caused me to no want to waste my time... fix your existing packs....
