Had this issue ever since Love Struck came out. Teens don't get the 3rd trait nor the bonus traits from Parenthood.
I've also only had this problem with save files that have been closed for at least once. Meaning the aging up process in a new save file works normally, however if I close the save and open it up again, it doesn't work properly anymore.
Hey sorry this bug is affecting you too. However it’s not to do with love struck as I don’t own that pack and am still getting this issue
However perhaps it is to do with the base game update that they did for love struck. I couldn’t really say as I don’t remember the exact timeline of when I started encountering this issue
