Every time I age up a teen sim, they age up without the prompt to choose a third trait. I don’t play with mods and I play in PC.
I believe it is a stuck graduation issue, because the only “fix” I have found it making my sims graduate early (or drop out).
But it’s annoying that I have to do this with every sim, there needs to be a more permanent fix.
