I’ve had multiple sims age up and the game does not trigger the pop up that allows you to choose a new trait etc, on any of my sims anymore. This happens with all age-ups (regardless of the current sim age) and without any mods installed. The sim will simply age up and keep their existing traits as-is, and do not gain any special earned traits like Responsibility. It’s basically acting the same as if someone used a console command to age up the sim instantly.
