Just had this issue. My two teens aged up, nothing popped up to choose their additional trait, none of the character values have been added and I'm not seeing anything on the calendar for graduation. One of the teens had completed three of the character values (she got none assigned in her personality UI). The other, he got one of them and it is missing as well ( as a young adult he is still getting notification that his character values are falling out of range). I do not play with any mods or cc. I'm repairing my game as now to see if that fixes anything but super frustrating.
