When Teenage Sims age up to young adults they will get the option of a third Trait.
Fixed in Patch 1.114.46/2.12
Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issuesI doubt that existing Sims with only two traits are fixed with this patch. Either take them to CAS with fulleditmode or add the traits with traits.equip_trait or a mod.
