I have some information on this. I'm playing on relatively new save where mods have never been used. When I age up a teen, I get this last exception.
It sems to be a type error when trying to convert something to minutes where it is already an integer.
**EDIT: Saw someone posted the complete LE text in here already for that. I tried to attach it, but it doesn't show up. I'm confirming that I have the same issue on PC with no mods. I also cannot login to AHQ for some reason? I've tried clearing my cache and different browsers and the "Login" link doesn't even take me to a login page. I can't click on anything to get the login page to come up.
