Whenever I try to play the Sims 4 game, the game has the Sims characters swaying, and the time moves off and on. I am not able to do anything in the game, and if I try to save the game or travel worlds to see if that could help fix the game, I get stuck in the loading screen. Whatever I do to fix the game even going into the Sims 4 games settings it still does not work not even cheating. If possible please fix the Sims 4 game so I can play it again or tell me how to fix it, please!!!!!!!

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.- Status changed:NewtoIncomplete Report
