I have uninstalled and reinstalled the DLCs, and I have also repaired the game, but the issue persists. I tried troubleshooting using GPT chat, but it said the DLC files are downloaded separately from the game, and I do not know how to fix this myself. I attempted to move the add-on files to the game folder: The Sims 4, Contents, Data, but the error continues. All add-ons are installed in the launcher and appear to work correctly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling them. I also checked for mod conflicts and found none, despite removing all mods from the game.
could you specify what you mean by not loading ? Do you get endless loading screens or do you mean this issue: Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase | EA Forums - 13261188 ?
