this is going to sound confusing lol

its not letting me edit the household, like move specific people or pets from one place to another. and not just for one household, its been happening for days, ive repaired the sims countless times, i moved my mods out the folder, i did everything google told me to do, this is the last option they gave. i hope it works because its just making me avoid playing and its annoying cause i love the sims. sorry if that didnt make sense im a little newer to the sims.

    Hi christyncpj​ 

    Try the following

    - Close the game
    - Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    - Repair the game
    - Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    - Start a new save game
    - Check if you still have the error
    - Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
