I don't understand what is "need info" here. Do you really pretend, that have no idea what are we talking about? What save files do you need? Just create a new one and spend in it like 5 seconds to see all the men in dresses and with make up, jewelry and piercings everywhere.
1. First, you should really fix all the CAS tagging issues, there are too many and they are mostly reported here. Just being completely ignored. After that maybe we will get less crazy clothing on at least male sims. Although it is only part of the problem.
2. Another CAS generation problem is that if there is empty slot, the game will put anything there. So all townies are filled with earrings, rings, socks etc. This is why we always get the same shoes with the swimwear.
So if this would be fixed, at least it will be some patching. The rest is the big task, needs to change the way how outlook generating. This i see as almost unfixable issue. But at least you can fix that two things, they are most disturbing ever.
just imagine this girl without all there excessive accessories. Would be more or les decent sim. But this is how every townie in my game looks like, when the game generate it.
