I explained how to recreate this, I don't think any save file is necessary as it happens in every newely created game... unless people responsible for it don't have an access to the game or are unable to launch it - otherwise what is the reason more save files are needed?

Just answering your question. I don't know what EA needs what for. Maybe they couldn't dupe your steps or they need it for something else. Usually it's best to just provide the info they ask.
