Hi idk if this is where i post this or not but when i go into the buy mode and then back to play the whole bottom bar disappears and i cant click on anything. i have tried restarting, clearing my cache, and nothing is running in the background and it still does this idk what else to do to get this to stop.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Are you playing a scenario ?
I have no mods/cc in my game and it does it with a scenario sim and a regular created sim
The regular created Sim is the same save or a different one ?
If it's a different save,
Do you have any LastUIException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
