Update Issue, lots not loading

Since the update I can't play any lots, all of my lots show the default gameplay and when I select to play the buildings have disappeared altogether. Whilst I'm able to select a family no matter what lot they are on it just shows as a blank space! At one point it showed the error code 810. I don't use any mods.
