I don't know if it's the same bug, but my Sims personal inventory is full of upgrade parts, but I cannot complete the career goals or WfH tasks because the game doesn't recognise that she has all the parts. The options in the "Upgrade" pie are all greyed out. Restarted, tried moving them from her inventory and placing in world, putting back in again. No dice. This game is driving me nuts.
