I have discovered that the Upgrade Technician Service NPC cannot upgrade the 2 kettle appliances or the Pressure Cooker from the For Rent Expansion Pack. I have placed both kettles & the Pressure Cooker down into my lot and when I go to call the Upgrade Technician it is greyed out and claims that there are no items on my lot that need upgrading.
