I just noticed this happening in my game. I thought it was due to an outfit, as I first noticed it on an NPC. So, I changed it, and I assumed they looked normal. However, it happened to my Dormant Teen Sim when I had him swim in Lake Lunvik on a full moon. I used cas.fulleditmode, and he was normal again. I haven't had it happen to any of my other wolves.
