I have this issue too 😞 My sim knew this werewolf and I thought there was something weird with their eye from the small picture in relationships, but today the were came to visit my sim and I saw what was wrong with them 😵

its a glitch thats been on all platforms for 13 months now, EA seems to have zero interest in fixing it, and the only fix for it is to use cheat codes to manually redo faces but unfortunately that locks people out of achivements/trophies , pretty dumb that a graphical error this bad wont get fixed unless its VOTED FOR A FIX even though its really messed up looking and most people are well aware of it.
