[XB/PS] [AA] Customize Role Outfit causes game to freeze after exiting CAS

Same! I’m glad that I’m not the only person experiencing this.

Got the same problem. Just freezes when you exit CAS. So, frustrating. 

it’s the first time ever I pre ordered a Sims pack (Adventure Awaits). And also the first time ever I have a bug so big I can’t proparly play with it. I have a Xbox x series. And everytime I try to make a custom get away I get stuck in the planning menu. While making the custom roles I get stuck in the tool for it. The menu blanks out and I can’t click on anything so the only thing I can do is close down my game and try again.. to have the some issue so now I’m stuck in a loop trying to plan a get away. I hope I explained of properly because English isn’t my first language. 

I play on PS5 and everytime I try to customize a uniform for my roles in a custom venue. The game glitches after you confirm the uniform. It would close the menu and if it does to you click on anything else. The game is almost frozen. You have to restart the game to fix the error 

When using the scheduler with adventure awaits custom venue the pop up shows blank and uninteractable. It cannot be exited, no buttons work, and it functionally locks the game. 

I had the schedualer work once for five minutes before this issue occurred, and it now does nothing but open and lock itself. The custom venue simply does not currently work. 

Both restarting the game and going to manage worlds and back did nothing to fix this glitch. I have most expansion, game, and stuff packs installed, so it may be an issue somewhere with that. No mods installed as I am playing on the console version (xbox). 

Recently bought Adventure Awaits on my PlayStation 5. Each time I try to book a Romantic Competition I try to add a custom role. I put their traits and role. Then I try to add the costume and press save. The whole thing freezes. The schedule disappears on the screen and I can do nothing but restart the game. Have restarted my PlayStation several times and restarted the game. No change. Still happens.

so i modified the uniform for campers in the kids camp preset and when i went to open the scheduler again it literally won’t work. like, not a single thing is showing up and if i try to exit the scheduler it just brings my cursor up and i can’t do anything and am left to go to manage worlds via the save/pause screen (idk what it’s called, but it’s where the settings and exit to main menu are) to do literally anything else.

im on console (xbox) so no mods, but i do have cheats enabled in this save. i’ve gone back into the camp and attempted to modify the schedule preset again and it still doesn’t work. attached photo of what it looks like, i can’t click on anything once my cursor shows up and hitting the button to switch it from cursor to UI also doesn’t work. 

update: just tried to edit a different lot in b/b mode and my cursor also doesn’t work there at all. so looks like i’ll have to restart my game.

This is also happening to me as well, it’s also got a fair few other reports on the not saving custom venues bug report. 

I'm on Xbox and I can’t assign any custom outfits the screen just freezes which then also stops the lot saving any schedule. I can’t get out of the screen and have to exit the game to get it to work. 

the only way I can get out the screen is to switch to key but it’s then broken by that point and then when I’m in live mode I can’t click on anything in any lot, this doesn’t matter if I use a mouse or controller.
