[XB/PS] [AA] Customize Role Outfit causes game to freeze after exiting CAS

With the new pack adventure awaits I’m tryna make a custom venue and it keeps freezing up. And I have to exit the whole game and start again. £35? Really? Broken pack? 

it happens after I add a uniform see the pic that’s what it gets stuck on with no close option on ps5 no mods nuttin just the broken dlc :/

I tried to schedule a getaway from the calendar and wanted to set custom outfits for the various roles. I did the first one (male Sim) without a problem but after creating the second outfit (female Sim) when the game exits out of CAS the getaway interface is blank and I can't use the mouse to click anything. The cursor still moves and the keyboard worked normally.

I play on PS4 so I tried using the controller instead to see if this fixes the problem, but again even though the pointer would move I couldn't select anything. There was also a blank pop-up when I was using the controller over the confirm icon which was blank (see image attached). I could use the controller to navigate through the UI to save and exit to the main menu but the issue was still occurring. Reloading the game was the only way I could bring back the pointer controls for both controller and keyboard/mouse set ups.

On my second try, after this happened, I went to the calendar and if I selected to create an event, there was another pop-up but this one said "Game Loading is in progress." which is most likely the causIng the problem (see image attached). Using the controller or keyboard I could still pause, change the game speed, toggle selected Sim, control the camera and enter build/buy mode. The pointer still moves around in whichever mode I played in, but I couldn't select anything and the hovering outlines and pop-ups didn't appear.

Ever since installing the Adventure Awaits pack, my game has been crashing every time I try to add uniforms—and even worse, it's deleting my save files. I'm playing on Xbox with no mods, so this shouldn't be happening. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with this game.

Paying $39.99 for a pack that breaks core gameplay is unacceptable. It's not the first time the game has launched with major issues, and now we're stuck with content we can't even use. We’re paying for a game we literally cannot play. Something needs to be done.

I am having the same issue. Everytime I try to set a custom outfit, upon exiting CAS the schedule menus are left on my screen but are non functional.

I am on Xbox and own all packs.

Facts. I play on Xbox and that's exactly what's been happening when I tried to make outfits for the retreats

When I try to make a schedule on the custom venue lot type, if I assign outfits to the Sims, the scheduler screen gets stuck and wont close. It hasn't gotten stuck as long as I don't assign outfits, but I'd really like to be able to. I'm on Xbox One. 

Same, also on Xbox, the outfits don't load even if you dont get that weird softlock in the menu. If you go back or use a cancel button anywhere in the modify schedule preset section there's a good chance your cursor will disappear or be unresponsive. Even if you somehow avoid it, all the outfits and sims I filled for each role dont show up despite it showing up in the schedule. Waiting patiently for this to be fixed so i can enjoy my 40 dollar pack. 🙃

My game freezes every time I attempt to assign uniforms. I have to unplug and reload the game which takes forever to reset. Is anyone else having this issue? 

On PS5 the same issue is happening. 
thr schedule screen isn’t interacting and on my play this morning I had to complete close the game as the start screen wouldn’t close on allow me to scroll up and down
