[XB/PS] Can't interact with Gallery without force closing game after Patch 2.32

I updated the game with the new update, but when I go to the gallery and try to get a Sim or add a tattoo or something to a Sim, it freezes, and I can't get out of the screen, so I have to restart, and I can't create a new game because of that problem too

This does this for absolutely every item on the gallery for me. I also can't save anything to the gallery, even when I make Sims it doesn't do it automatically.
