Every single time I open the Sims 4 gallery on my xbox series X it freezes my game entirely. Thr only way to fix this is to force the game to stop from my xbox home menu. This causes me to lose all of my progress in CAS when creating new sims and when trying to add anything to a lot in build mode. This has been happening for over a week now and has made my game unplayable.
I am having this problem too on Xbox Series S, it’s incredibly frustrating!!
It has been a nightmare. Anytime i click on a build or a tattoo the game freezes and I lose all my progress. I'm sorry you are dealing with this too
