Hello, I am a console player and I play on Xbox One with no mods or cc. Idk if it just me but I am still having issues with the soft lock on console’s when it comes to the gallery. When I’m trying to retrieve sims or items from the gallery the screen freezes and I am no longer able to exit out of what ever I’m looking at. Whether that be in build mode or in CAS the game freezes and refuses to exit unless I quit the whole game and restart it. This is such a frustrating bug please fix asap. Thanks.
This has been a issue for months at this point the gallery still does not work with trying to use tattoos im on the series x and I've uninstall the game and add ons still didnt work. They say they are "fixing" the issue but that was a month ago plus they dont address it via Twitter when people talk about it also no update just ya we will get to it. I refuse to play the game till the gallery is fixed I check it once a month to see if the gallery is up and running for tattoos and still nothing. Plus it keeps saying all my add ons are new when they were bought years ago . They say uninstall the game and update but I've it a few times and nothing changed . They are actually more concerned about the marketplace and why no one is really buying it besides getting the free stuff . So I dont think they want to actually fix the gallery.
