April 28th update promised a fix to the gallery freezing up issue. This has not been completely fixed. I clicked on 10 items in the gallery normally and then it froze up when I checked again and lost my progress. The curser also moves all over the place. This is unacceptable.
For a while now I can't seem to play the Sims4 on console. If I do i can't load the galary and if it does load it takes minutes to finish loading up but then I can't place anything down it glitches and freezes the whole game and im having to restart. And the I can't download some of the builds because it says I don't have the pack.
Could someone reply to this comment when it's fixed? I'd greatly appreciate it🤍

I have a bug with the Tattoo. I can't download tattoo because the game freeze... and it's happening in the galery, in my profil and in my library since the marketplace update.
I play on ps5.

Is anyone else having problems on the gallery with Xbox ? It’s not letting me load things off the gallery or place households in CAs…it’s glitched
this is happening to me also im on playstation 5 and no mods i just redownloaded yesterday
